Moskwa TV was an electronic music project formed by Talla 2XLC in Frankfurt Germany in the mid-80s. They were producing dance-oriented electronic songs with use of samples, ahead of the techno movement, and flirted with success along the edges of the synthpop and new wave scenes. Two of their popular songs are "Tekno Talk" and "Generator 7/8".
